Cold Rolled Non-oriented Low Carbon Electrical Steel
Non-oriented electrical steel is mainly used as the iron core of large and medium-sized motors, generators, household motors and micro-motors, ballasts and small transformers. The main magnetic performance requirements of non-oriented electrical steel are low specific total loss and high magnetic polarization. The low specific total loss can save a lot of electric energy and extend the working time of the motor. High magnetic polarization means that the magnetization ability is strong, the excitation current of the iron core is reduced, and the specific total loss and iron loss are reduced.

Hot Rolled Non-oriented Low Silicon Steel (Motor Steel)
The low silicon wafer contains less than 2.8 silicon and has a certain mechanical strength. It is mainly used to manufacture motors, commonly known as motor silicon steel sheets.
G60 Galvanized Coil
G60 is the coating grade of steel sheet after continuous hot dip plating process. G represents the "galvanized" or galvanized layer of the product. The number 60 refers to the thickness of the zinc around the steel sheet or the thickness of the entire double-sided coating. To get the amount of galvanizing on one side, you need to divide this number by two. Galvanized steel sheet G60 is coated with molten zinc. After the continuous coating process at a speed of 600 feet per minute, the excess zinc on the steel plate is removed by high-pressure air. This is in order to produce the desired coating thickness. After cooling, the sheet is rolled into a roll, ready for manufacturing.
DX53D/ SGCD2/SGCD3 Galvanized Coil
The material of DX53D galvanized sheet is a non-ferrous alloy composed of zinc as the matrix and adding other elements. The main alloying elements are aluminum, copper, magnesium and so on. Zinc alloy has low melting point, good fluidity, easy plastic processing and welding, and resistance to atmospheric corrosion. According to the manufacturing process, it is divided into cast zinc alloy and deformed zinc alloy. The commonly used casting zinc alloy is zinc-aluminum-copper-magnesium alloy, which has good casting process performance, and the cooling rate has little effect on the mechanical properties. They are mainly used in the manufacture of mechanical parts, toys, decorations and household appliances.
DX52D/SGCD1 Galvanized Coil
The material of DX52D galvanized sheet is a non-ferrous alloy composed of zinc as the matrix and adding other elements.
DX51D Z150 Galvanized Coil
The Z150 in the DX51D Z150 galvanized steel coil is the actual coating name. The manufacturer describes the DX51D Z150 material as a mild steel galvanized layer for steel products. Specifically, DX51D is a steel grade characterized by its cold-formed bending and profiling qualities. The steel grade corresponds to steel grade 1.0917
DX51D/ SGCC Galvanized Coil
The material of DX51D galvanized sheet is a non-ferrous alloy with zinc as the matrix and other elements. The main alloying elements are aluminum, copper, magnesium and so on. Zinc alloy has low melting point, good fluidity, easy plastic processing and welding, and resistance to atmospheric corrosion. Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil
When steel components are used to make more complex finished products, they can be galvanized before the product is assembled. This is called pre-galvanizing, or "pre-galvanizing". It may also be referred to as "in-line", "continuous" or "rolled" galvanizing. Essentially, steel components (such as sheets or wires) are galvanized using an automated process before they are cut to size.
Galvanized Coil
Galvanized steel is a type of steel that is coated with zinc for protection by an electroplating process. The galvanized layer is applied to cold rolled steel at low temperatures. So EG steel is also known as cold galvanized steel. Through electrolytic galvanizing, a uniform and dense zinc layer is finally formed on the surface of the steel, but the mechanical properties of the material are still maintained. Electrogalvanized steel is usually sold in coil or sheet form. EG coil is a kind of material that can be cut, slitted and profiled for other purposes.
Hot Dip Galvanized Coil
Hot dip galvanizing is to make the molten metal react with the iron substrate to produce an alloy layer, so that the substrate and the coating are combined. Hot galvanizing is to pickle the steel and iron parts first. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the steel and iron parts, after pickling, it is cleaned by ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank, and then sent into the hot dip plating tank. Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
AZ150 Galvalume Steel Coil
The thickness of AZ150 coating is 18 microns on one side and 36 microns on both sides. The coating alloy of the steel consists of 55% aluminium, 43.4 zinc and 1.6 silica. This coating of steel acts as a passive barrier to general corrosion. Once the sheet is exposed to electrolyte or moisture, another coating may form a galvanic cell. This exposure results in spillage of zinc ions and corrosion protection of the exposed steel. It also helps protect steel from trimmed edges and scratches.
AZ55 Galvalume Steel Coil
AZ55 aluminum zinc plated steel coil is coated with 55% aluminum zinc alloy by hot dip plating process. It has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used in various applications, such as the automotive industry, shipbuilding industry, construction industry, etc. In addition to being an excellent outdoor material, AZ55 aluminized zinc steel coil also has many other advantages. For example, it can be used for electrical equipment manufacturing or decoration, such as fences. In addition to these uses, this steel can also be used in various industrial applications because of its good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
